Arrivals /  Check-In

You’re welcome to arrive anytime between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM (MST). If you arrive early, your bedroom or suite may not yet be ready—but no worries!

If your room isn’t ready, you’re welcome to leave your bags with us and return later. If it is ready, you can check in right away.

Most private bedrooms and suites are usually ready for check‑in by 1:30–2:00 PM (MST).

Late Arrival & Self Check‑In

If you plan to arrive after 10:30 PM, we kindly ask that you agree to a self check‑in plan. About four days before your arrival, we’ll send you an email with everything you need for a smooth self check‑in.

If you experience any issues or have concerns upon arrival, please ring the doorbell once, and we’ll come to help as soon as possible. We do ask that you avoid ringing the bell repeatedly.

Rest assured—we willcome to the door. Because we may be sleeping and the house is quite large, it can take a few minutes to get there. Repeated ringing wakes everyone and can create unnecessary disruption.
